Hi, I'm Aaron
{she/her}
I have many years of experience working with clients who have encountered challenges in life transitions, grief and death, identity/sexuality, relationships, historical family trauma, depression/anxiety, and questioning what it means to live their truth in life. In addition, I have lived my entire life surrounded by creative people (makers, musicians, artists, etc) which has provided me a unique perspective into both destructive and healthy responses to the world. I bring compassion, humor, and hope of the possibility that anyone can find solace in who they are and how they got here.

I am a death- informed clinician (certified death doula), mental health educator, and a potential guide through life's transitions. I live in central Texas with my wife and tripod dog, a pit-mix we call Supernova. I love to travel, eat amazing food, practice yoga, and see my favorite musicians play live. Between my own life experiences and education, I believe we have everything that we need inside of ourselves -- we have to connect to that inner knowledge that will inevitably guide us. I'm here to give you the tools to do just that.
